Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pkg. (12oz) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced

  1. COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  2. ADD Shells, milk and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cook, covered, 5 min. Remove from heat.
  3. STIR in VELVEETA Sauce.
  4. SUBSTITUTE: Frozen peas for the broccoli.
