Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey breast, cut into cubes (1/2 lb.)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
  • 4 cups torn salad greens
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup bottled Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  1. Place turkey, eggs, bacon, salad greens, onion, avocado, tomato and cheese in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add dressing. Toss to coat, and serve.
