Three Ingredient Ham Glaze

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (can use juice from pineapple slices if you are dressing your ham)
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard


  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Brush over a spiral cut, shank or half ham.
  3. If desired, brush extra overtop and broil to make the glaze golden.
