- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a rectangular 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook broccoli according to package directions just until tender; drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Add to skillet; cook and stir until browned. Transfer chicken to baking dish. Top with corn, 8 cheese slices, and cooked broccoli. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl whisk together milk and soup until smooth; pour over broccoli in baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. In another medium bowl stir together stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle on cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and stuffing is golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
