- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a small bowl stir together basil, oil and garlic. Rub on both sides of steaks; season steaks with pepper to taste.
- Place steaks on grill. Grill 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare (145°F) or 14 to 16 minutes for medium (160°F), turning once. Remove from grill, and serve.
