Spicy IPA Vinaigrette


  • 2 Hatch Chile Peppers, quartered and stemmed (or Habanero Peppers for a HOT flavor profile)
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup India pale ale
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Ancho chile powder
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 3/4 canola oil


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together to create marinade. Pour marinade into plastic bag with desired meat. Shake bag to cover meat before placing on a plate into the refrigerator. Let meat marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Grill, bake or barbecue meat with desired process.
