- Coat a nonstick wok or skillet with sesame oil. Place over high heat 1 minute.
- Add snow peas, carrots, mushrooms and 1/4 cup of the green onion. Stir-fry over high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add soy sauce and cooked noodles. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until heated. Top with remaining 1/4 cup green onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
