- In a large skillet cook and stir beef over medium-high heat until browned; drain fat. Stir in soup, bacon and 1/2 cup water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until heated through.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup meat mixture on bottom half of each bun. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with bun top. Serve hot.
