- In a large resealable plastic bag combine Worcestershire, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add steak; seal bag. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Heat a large heavy skillet over high heat several minutes. Add steak; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer registers 135Â°F for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
- Transfer steak to a serving platter. Sprinkle with steak seasoning to taste. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wipe out skillet with paper towels and return to medium-high heat. Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil plus garlic to skillet. Turn off heat; cook and stir until garlic is just golden brown. Pour over steaks, and serve.
