SIMPLE SALMON POKE BOWL

Ingredients

  • 10-12 skin removed and cut into cubes Verlasso salmon
  • Quick Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp Our Family Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 ends removed and chopped Large Scallion/Green Onion
  • Dash Ground Ginger
  • Toppings:
  • ½ cup cooled Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1/4 large diced Cucumber
  • ½ diced Avocado
  • ½ cup shredded Carrots
  • 1 small diced (remove seeds if desire less spicy) Jalapeno
  • ¼ cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ diced Mango

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool
  2. Whisk together marinade ingredients. Add salmon and allow to marinate in the fridge until ready to use
  3. Top rice with marinated salmon and toppings
