Directions
- In a pan over medium heat cook the salmon filets 4 minutes on each side, and set aside.
- In the same pan sauté the onion, olives, garlic, and capers until the onions begin to soften. Add the tomato sauce and finish the sauce with the basil.
- Serve over the salmon and enjoy!
