Directions
- Pre heat oven to 425
- Toss the root veggies in oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper
- Toss the pecans and apple slices in oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and cinnamon
- Bake the root veggies and garbanzo beans on 425 for 35 minutes. Once that is done turn down the oven to 350 and pop in the apples and pecans.
