Roasted Veggie Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 cubed Beet
  • 1 cubed Sweet Potato
  • 1 sliced Open Acres Apple
  • 1/4 cup Our Family Pecans
  • 1 can drained & rinced Our Family Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 tbsp Our Family Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Our Family Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Our Family Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Our Family Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Our Family Garlic
  • a pinch Our Family Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 425
  2. Toss the root veggies in oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper
  3. Toss the pecans and apple slices in oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and cinnamon
  4. Bake the root veggies and garbanzo beans on 425 for 35 minutes. Once that is done turn down the oven to 350 and pop in the apples and pecans.
