RITZ Crispy Coated Chicken Wings with Playbook Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 lb chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed


  1. Heat oven to 400oF.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Mix cracker crumbs and garlic salt in shallow dish.
  3. Reserve 3/4 cup mayonnaise mixture. Brush chicken with remaining mayonnaise mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 15 min. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
  6. Make it Easy: Mix cracker crumbs and garlic salt in resealable plastic bag before using to coat the wings.
