- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips. In a medium bowl combine chicken strips, lemon pepper, onion salt and garlic salt.
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet. Add chicken to skillet. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink (165°F).
- Spoon chicken and vegetables into warm tortillas. Top with cheese, sour cream and salad dressing. Roll up fajitas and serve.
