Pre-workout Berry Smoothie


  • 1 cup Oat Milk
  • 1 cup Our Family Frozen Berries
  • 1/2 cup Our Family Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4-5 Dried Dates


  1. Fill blender with milk, frozen berries, yogurt, and dried dates.
  2. Puree until desired consistency.
  3. Add more yogurt for a thicker smoothie or more milk for a thinner consistency.
