Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups kale, stems removed
  • 1 pear, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine the apple juice, kale, pear and avocado in a blender and puree until smooth. (about 1 minute)
  2. Add water to desired consistency.
