- Soak corn in husks in cold water 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together butter, oil and lime zest; cover and refrigerate.
- Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat (350°F to 400°F). Place corn on grill rack; grill 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice. Let cool slightly.
- Remove husk and silks.* Spread limeâ??butter mixture evenly on corn. Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
