- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Place garlic bread on outer edges of grill; grill until lightly toasted, about 4 minutes per side.
- Coat fillets with tequila-lime marinade; discard marinade. Place fillets on grill. Grill, uncovered, 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- To serve, top each bread slice with spinach, tomato, avocado and 1 fillet. Season with pepper to taste, drizzle with fresh marinade (if desired), and serve.
