No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quaker Old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Natural Jif Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Our Family Honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground Flax seed
  • 1/4 cup Our Family Mini Chocolate chips

Directions

  1. MIX. Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, then place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. FREEZE. Place baking sheet in freezer until energy balls are hard, so that they hold their shape.
  3. STORE. Store in zip top bag or airtight container.
  4. TIP: I like to store my energy balls in the freezer to extend their shelf life. Then I always have a quick snack option on hand!
