- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix almonds and other ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a baking pan.
- Roast in oven until almonds are lightly toasted--about 25 min.
- Pour onto double thickness of paper towel to cool and drain.
- *Can make up to a week ahead. The almonds will keep in an air tight container.
