- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread refried beans evenly in bottom of 3-quart rectangular baking dish. In a small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over refried beans. Layer with cheese, salsa, tomato, taco sauce, and green onions.
- Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and/or vegetable chips.
