- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake potatoes for an hour. Allow to cool until touchable.
- Halve potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and discard.
- Fill each potato "divot" with cheese and bacon. Use oven broiler to melt cheese.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
