Ingredients

  • 4 (4-oz.) pollock fillets
  • 4 tsp. fresh lime juice, divided
  • 2 tsp. lime zest, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped*
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

  1. Preheat broiler to high. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place fillets on baking sheet; drizzle with half the lime juice and sprinkle with half the lime zest plus cumin and jalapeño.
  2. Place baking sheet under broiler. Broil 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine avocado, basil, oil, and remaining lime juice and zest; set aside.
  4. Top each fillet with avocado mixture, and serve.
