  • 48 RITZ crackers
  • 6 campari tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 slices

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. PLACE half the crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomatoes, pesto and cheese.
  3. BAKE 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  4. TOP with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
