Ingredients

  • 4 (4-oz.) halibut fillets
  • 1 tsp. salt-free garlic?herb seasoning
  • 3 tsp. olive oil, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 2 lbs. Swiss chard, washed and trimmed, leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Season fillets with garlic?herb seasoning and place on baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet heat 1 teaspoon of the oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain; set aside.
  3. Add remaining 2 teaspoons oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add Swiss chard; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until wilted. Season with pepper to taste. Remove skillet from heat. Add lemon juice, raisins and walnuts; toss to combine.
  4. Remove fillets from oven. Sprinkle with lemon zest and garlic, and serve with Swiss chard.
