Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. fajita seasoning
  • 4 perch fillets
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and chopped
  • 6 radishes, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tsp. bottled hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, divided
  • 6 flour tortillas, warmed

  1. Sprinkle fajita seasoning evenly over fillets. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine avocados, radishes, onions, hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of the lime juice in medium bowl, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Coat grill rack or fish basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fillets on rack or in basket. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish from grill; shred fish with a fork. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice. Serve in tortillas with avocado mixture.
