- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). For dressing, whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Place corn on grill. Grill, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Cool slightly.
- Cut kernels from cobs. Place kernels in a large bowl; add tomatoes, onion and parsley; toss. Add dressing; toss. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
