- Preheat grill to medium (300F to 350F). Brush apple wedges and onion slices with oil. Place bacon slices, apple and onion on grill. Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until apples are crisp-tender and bacon is crisp, turning once. Cut onion into bite-size pieces.
- Place 2 cups spinach on each of 4 plates. Top evenly with apple, onion and tomato; crumble 2 bacon slices on each salad and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon almonds. Drizzle with dressing, and serve.
