Ingredients

  • 1 (17-oz.) container nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 cup sliced red and/or green seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat granola
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

  1. In a large bowl combine yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange zest; mix well.
  2. In 4 parfait glasses or glass dessert bowls, layer yogurt mixture, grapes and granola; repeat layers twice more. Garnish with mint (if desired) and serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 8 hours before serving.
