Ingredients

  • 1/2 (8-oz.) pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 (8-oz.) carton light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 lbs. large seedless red grapes
  • 2 lbs. large seedless green grapes
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free brown sugar blend

  1. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream and sweetener with an electric mixer until well-combined. Fold in grapes.
  2. In a medium bowl stir together melted butter and almond extract; stir in coconut, pecans and brown sugar blend. Sprinkle over grape mixture; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 18 hours. Serve chilled.
