- HEAT grill to medium heat.
- MIX first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- GRILL 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
- SPREAD buns with mayo; fill with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheeseburgers.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables to balance out the meal.
- Variation: For milder flavor, reduce the adobo sauce to 1 Tbsp.
