- In a blender or food processor combine peach pieces, broth, vinegar, ginger and cayenne; blend until smooth.
- To use for grilling, in a large dish or resealable plastic bag place marinade and 4 servings of chicken or pork; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before grilling. Remove meat from marinade (discard marinade), and grill meat as usual.
