Fuji's Fruit Pizza


  • 1 box Our Family graham crackers (gluten-free crackers for gluten-free option)
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg Our Family Neufchâtel cheese, softened (or cashew cream for dairy-free option)
  • 1/3 cup Our Family honey
  • 1 teaspoon Our Family vanilla extract
  • 4 cups Assorted fresh fruit of choice, such as kiwi and strawberry slices, red raspberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, and mandarin orange segments


  1. Invite kids to place graham crackers on a baking sheet, neatly lining each graham cracker with another to evenly cover the baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the Neufchâtel cheese with honey and vanilla until light and fluffy. Invite kids to help spread evenly over graham cracker crust.
  3. Invite kids to top with fruit of choice and enjoy! Refrigerate any uneaten portion and discard after 4 days.
