Fuji's Apple Sandwich


  • Apples of choice
  • Our Family peanut butter (Sunbutter for nut-free option)
  • Our Family raisins, optional
  • Our Family reduced sugar dried cranberries, option
  • Our Family granola, option


  1. Core apples and slice into quarter inch thickness.
  2. On one side of half of the apple slices, invite kids to spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Invite kids to add dried fruit and/or granola if desired and then top with another apple slice to form a sandwich. Serve immediately.
