- For the topping, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and paprika. Set aside. Place almonds in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add almonds and breadcrumbs to mayonnaise mixture; mix well. Set aside.
- Place oven rack 6 inches from broiler heat source. Preheat broiler. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets on baking sheet and place under broiler. Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove pan from broiler.
- Spread topping evenly on each fillet, pressing to coat. Broil 1 minute more or until topping is golden brown and bubbling. Remove pan from broiler; let cool slightly. Sprinkle each fillet with 1 teaspoon of the chives, and serve.
