  • 1-1/2 oz Tanqueray Gin
  • 1/6 oz Green Greme de Menthe
  • Soda Water
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 1/6 oz. Simple Syrup (optional)


  1. Put mint leaves into a chilled martini glass then muddle to produce an essence. Shake the rest of the ingredients (except soda water) with ice and strain into the martini glass. Top with soda water and add simple syrup if desired. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
