- In a large bowl combine yellow corn, white corn, cucumbers, tomatoes and green onions. Set aside.
- For the dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, garlic, pepper and salt. Add to corn mixture; gently toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Toss again before serving.
