- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl stir together cranberry sauce and brown sugar; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, milk, egg substitute, salt, parsley, thyme and oregano. In a large shallow baking pan, shape meat mixture into an 8x4x2-inch loaf.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Spread 1/4 cup of the cranberry mixture on top of loaf. Bake 20 to 30 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°F.
- In a small saucepan heat remaining cranberry mixture over low heat until heated through. Serve with meatloaf.
