Classic Cocktail Meatballs

Like a little black dress, these appetizers are timeless favorites at cocktail hour. Show them off on a platter or keep them at a low simmer in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz) STOVE TOP stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar (12oz) grape jelly
  • 1 bottle (12 oz HEINZ Chili Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
  2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and eggs until blended.
  3. Shape into 5 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs; place in 2 foil-lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 16 minutes or until done (meat has cooked to 160*f). Mean while, bring jelly and chili sauce to boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add meatballs to sauce
  6. Stir until evenly coated.
