- Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a slow cooker. Add beef; stir to coat. Stir in onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, broth and Worcestershire.
- Cover; cook on LOW 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours.
- In a small cup or bowl mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until dissolved. Stir into stew. Cover and cook 30 minutes more or until carrots are cooked and meat is tender.
