- Preheat oven to 375°F. On a lightly floured surface roll out 1 of the piecrusts. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Add apple slices; toss to coat. Spoon mixture into prepared pie plate. Drizzle with butter and half of the honey. On a lightly floured surface roll out remaining piecrust. Carefully place over apple mixture. Seal and crimp edges; cut slits in top piecrust.
- Bake 45 minutes. Remove pie from oven; brush with remaining honey. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until crust is golden and filling is bubbly. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
