Citrus & Ginger Chicken Marinade


  • 1 1/2 cups Orange-forward wheat beer (we like Bells Oberon)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Orange zest


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together to create marinade. Pour marinade into plastic bag with desired meat. Shake bag to cover meat before placing on a plate into the refrigerator. Let meat marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Grill, bake or barbecue meat with desired process.
