Cilantro-Lime Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1 1/4 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice

  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Rub chops with garlic pepper and onion salt. Cover; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl stir together oil, cilantro, lime zest and lime juice; set aside.
  3. Place chops on grill. Grill, covered, 3 minutes. Brush with oil mixture; turn chops. Grill, covered, 3 to 5 minutes more or until instant-read thermometer registers 160°F. Remove chops from grill, brush with remaining oil mixture, and serve.
