Chipotle-Lime Beef Tri Tip Torta

Ingredients

  • 1 Each Bolillo Roll (Bakery Dept.)
  • 3-4 oz. Thinly sliced Chipotle-Lime Beef Tri Tip
  • 2 oz. Thinly sliced red cabbage “slaw” tossed with lime juice and salt
  • ½ Each Lime
  • 4 each Avocado Slices, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp Our Family Mayo
  • 2 Each Slices Beefsteak Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Sliced pickled jalapenos or pepperoncini (optional)
  • To taste Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Lightly spread butter or olive oil onto the bun, toast in a pan or on the grill just before serving.
  2. Spread mayo on the bun first, then add tomatoes, cabbage, and avocado.
  3. Place sliced Tri Tip next and finish with peppers.
