- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, grapes, onion, orange juice, lime juice, brown sugar, chipotle powder, and salt to taste. Set aside.
- Peel chayote, if desired. Cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices. Place in a bowl. Add mango and oil; toss to coat.
- Grill chayote and mango 3 minutes per side or until chayote is crisp-tender and mango is just heated through. Place chayote and mango on plates, top with broccoli slaw mixture, and serve.
