  • 3/4 cup Snyder's of Hanover Butter Snaps pretzels
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Egg Beaters


  1. Soak chicken breasts in Egg Beaters®
  2. Crush Butter Snaps by hand or in a food processor if you like crunchy or finer crust.
  3. Roll chicken in Butter Snaps to coat.
  4. Add spices to taste.
  5. Bake in oven proof dish at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
