- Preheat broiler to high. Rinse fillets; pat dry with paper towels. Brush fillets with 1 tablespoon of the oil; season with pepper to taste. Place on broiler pan rack.
- Broil fillets 10 to 11 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
- Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet combine green onion and remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; cook and stir until tender. Stir in tomatoes and dill; cook and stir just until tomatoes are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon tomato mixture on fillets, and serve.
