Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/4 lbs. broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces (5 cups)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

  1. In a wok or large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until just golden. Add broccoli; cook and stir 1 minute.
  2. Add bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
