- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 2-quart square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large deep skillet cook and stir ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups water. Add Italian seasoning, if desired. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Stir in noodles. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until noodles are al dente. Stir in corn and olives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven. Uncover baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
