- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet cook and stir beef and onion over medium-high heat until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in beans, barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Bring to boiling. Remove from heat.
- Transfer mixture to a 2-quart square baking dish; sprinkle with cheeses. Arrange biscuits on top. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
